Editorial Policy
Who writes the pages on zgr-us.com, where the figures come from, and how a mistake gets corrected.
Every page on this site is written by ZGR about ZGR shoes. Figures such as prices, sizes, colors and rating counts come from our catalog and are counted when a page is built, not typed into the text by hand.
Fitting advice
Our size guide follows published advice from medical organizations, named on the page with the date we read them. We print no size charts or measurements we do not have.
Ratings
Star ratings and counts are shown as totals for each style. We do not write reviews, and we do not select or edit customer opinions for display.
Corrections
Found a wrong figure? Write to laces@zgr-us.com. It gets fixed on every page it appears on.
